The Erickson & Aaron Edition

In science Ms. Erickson’s class is currently studying producers in the Ecosystems Unit. In this unit we had planted Wisconsin Fast Plants. Today a majority of the plants are at 2 - 4 cm. tall. Speaking of centimeters, our previous unit was measurement. In this unit the class had studied the different concepts of measurement, not only standard unit of measurement but the metric system too!

Well, we shouldn’t forget about ELA, right? Ok in ELA most of the class has finished doing a nonfiction informational article about an influential person who has inspired or changed the way we live today. Students chose people like Martin Luther King, Jr. and Roberto Clemente. Finally the class is working on the characteristics of realistic fiction. It’s a really fun unit because you get to write your own stories and draw pictures too. Well….looks like I’m out of information to share!
