Review:

One of the books I read this summer was "The Wonderful World of Tax Liens". It is about how to make money in tax liens and deeds. One bad part of the book is that it does not have an index or glossary to look up the hard real estate words that you do not understand. If you don't know anything about real estate this book may be difficult to understand.  It gives a lot of good examples of numbers and equations. It is good for people who just want to make money and don't want a big business.  It is not good if you want a big business because it does not explain how to make sure people are not bidding good for you and stuff. It also does not explain everything about the different states and what the minimum bid for each state was. You need to keep rereading each paragraph over and over again to understand the concepts. This is not a good book to read when you are tired because it is very confusing. This is a good book to read if you have somebody to explain the hard concepts to you. It is also very interesting.
