Below you will find several choices for your Mystery/Fantasy Book Report.  Choose ONE and complete the assignment thoroughly.  

 

1)  Create a life-sized model of your favorite character and dress him/her as she/he is dressed in the book. You will write a BRIEF summary about your novel and a paragraph about the character you choose for your model.   USE the checklist and rubric below to help you write this report.

2)  Create a sculpture of a character. Use any combination of soap, wood, clay, sticks, wire, stones, old toy pieces, or any other object. You will write two paragraphs about the character that MUST include but are not limited to:

3)  Interview a character from your book. Write at least ten questions that will give the character the opportunity to discuss his/her thoughts and feelings about his/her role in the story. These ten questions must also be answered as the character using information from the book you just read.  Use the checklist below to guide you:
